The exciting news – Gay Street will be the first to experience the Capital Line magic! Get ready for a transformation. From Front Street to Fourth Street, this stretch will undergo a 12-month makeover, starting next summer/fall (2025) and wrapping up the following year. But don't worry about endless construction headaches – this project will be completed continuously, minimizing disruption for businesses and residents.
A Pedestrian Paradise?
Say goodbye to parking meters on this section of Gay Street. Wider, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and a dedicated bike path will take center stage.
